When you toss 3 coins, you can get 8 possible outcomes:

HHH
HHT
HTH
HTT
THH
THT
TTH
TTT

Of which only 3 (HTT, THT, TTH) have exactly one head.

So you'd expect to see exactly one head

3/8 x 1000 = 375 times
