I was just wonderin what spells could be used to counteract a reflect spell that has been cast on one of my players.

Dispel would normally remove reflect status.
Just make sure you haven't equipment something like "Mirror Mail" to that character. This equipment will cast a permanent Reflect status to the wearer.

The only spell that I could think of that might work is a "Despell" spell... basically a spell, or a potion, that romoves a majic ailment or status from your character... I would try that.
Also, it's pretty fun to cast Reflect on your enemies and then cast heal on them, because the spell will bounce back to you, and you can attack in between... a good strategy.

Yes, I think dispel would work.
