It looks as if we can now rate a question as "interesting".
I found this out by clicking on the star in a question I find very uninteresting. Bummer.

Each time someone rates your question as good you get a new number by your star. You should have a 3 next to your star.

Instead of allowing us to put a thumbs up or down on a question somebody asks, a star has replaced it. If you think the question is interesting, you click on the star.
