In 3rd grade, when the teacher was teaching everybody how to tell a clock, I wasn't paying attention so I don't know how to tell a clock. Please, someone tell me a website where they teach how to tell a clock, what time is it?

When the small hand is pointing towards a number, that is called the "hour hand". The larger hand is call the "minute hand". So if the hour hand is pointing at 10 and the large hand is pointing towards 6 it is 10:30. The clock is divided into 60 minutes. 60 minutes equals on hour. Start at 1 and there is five dots from the 12. That's 5 minutes. 2 is 10, 3 is 15, 4 is 20, 5 is 25 , 6 is 30, 7 is 35, 8 is 40, 9 is 45, 10 is 50, 11 is 55, 12 is 60. If your clock has a third hand, that is called the second hand. The same dots used for minutes are also use for seconds. There are 60 seconds in each minute, so all the numbers above are also used for counting seconds. The minute hand will not move to the next minute until the second hand has made a full rotation from the 12 to the 12 again. 60 seconds = 1 minute, 60 minutes = 1 hour 24 hours = 1day. I hope this helps you to start to understand,
