It seems to me that you are talking about your boss. If this were true, please do not expect a very prompt response. You may get financial incentives but these intangibles take a lot of time to arrive. However, if you are talking about your life in general then the saying is: respect others if you want to be respected. i do hope that you are following this dictum very faithfully from your own side. In such an event, you have a right to feel the way you are doing. But do not get upset; you will get your due. it is just a matter of time. People subject you to constant trials and then respect you when they find you to be a tough and tenacious achiever. I have had this in my own life. And this seems to be true of a large number of awardees of honor and distinctions and also about so many public figures who acquired very high stature with loud public acclaim.

My friends give me a lot of respect, and sometimes my family does. But overall I think I deserve more respect considering the type of person I am. I'm nice, loyal, caring you know all the cheesy stuff. So my answer is......HELL NO!!

Earned - unquestionably. there are maximum of human beings who call for know yet do not something in any respect to earn it. incomes know may be an prolonged laborious job or something which you deliver right into a room alongside with you notwithstanding if that's not self sufficient. I do think of that everybody merits to be taken care of with politeness (uncomplicated know) once you first meet them (in any different case that'd purely be rude and presumptuous) yet over a whilst of understanding somebody, that know might desire to be earned.

I didn't for the longest time but then one day I just decided that I'd had enough and was going to take it anymore so now I demand it or simply cut those people out of my life.

I do from my kids! I don't think anyone ever gets all the respect they deserve, so I don't let that stop me from doing my best.
