If you know that your son has asthma, you must have taken him to the doctor for this diagnosis. If so, most likely the doctor has put him on medication. I would follow the doctor's instructions. That being said, you can have your son learn breathing techniques similar to those used in yoga and meditation. These techniques have been found to help those suffering from even the severest form of asthma.
Also, please disregard people who feel the need to discredit you because of the spelling you used.

The first thing you need to do is get rid of all of your toxic cleaning and laundry products and switch to all natural. Many of the ingredients in these products are registered pesticides so they are not good for the human body or to breathe in. When you make the switch be sure you take all your old cleaners to a recyling place that handles toxic waste as you cannot put these into your regular trash. Clean you entire home with the new products while you son is out and wash all clothing and bedding in the non toxic laundry soap. This will be the best thing you can ever do to help your sons Asthma.

First, make sure your son has been to the doctor, and know that he is safe. Then you can try some natural remedies. I would suggest taking your son to an herbalist (or acupuncturist, usually the same) and they will give some herbal medicine for the asthma. The ones sold in bottles are usually not that effective. My nephew had the same problem, fortunately my mom is an acupuncturist/herbalist, and my nephew is in much better health now, symptoms of asthma more or less gone.

My advice is to make sure your doctor has examined your son and prescribed any essentials to help control the asthma. Talk to your doctor about alternative treatments - if your doctor is not open minded about it ask to speak to another doctor.
For a bit more information about other forms of treatment visit the site listed as a source below. You should find some useful advice there.
Hope this helps.

It's called Asthma. There are no home remedies for that. He needs to be on the medication the doctor prescribed for him and always keep a "rescue" inhaler handy. The doctor should have explained this to you.

I have heard several, and none of them really work. The only thing to tell you is to keep your son away from paints, and other strong smelling chemicals, and try to keep the air in your house humidified. I always have problems in the winter because the air is so cold and dry.
