Boise State in the Pac-10 and Stanford in the WAC?

Boise State only did as well as they did, becaue they filled up on "cream puff" teams. It would take them a while to do consistently well in the PAC 10. I really think that Stanford would fair well in the conference that Boise State is currently a part of if Stanford played the same caliber of teams that Boise State currently plays.

As a fan of the Pac-10 yes anything they can do to improve the conference. Maybe the Pac-10 should just add two teams like Boise St and BYU then have a conference playoff. The Pac-10 needs more depth Boise St would be a good add on. Stanford at times has had decent teams. Remember John Elway went to Stanford.

Well that would be great for Stanford, but why not see if Boise State can compete against Pac-10 teams. The way to do that is to have them schedule 1 or 2 non-confrence games against Pac-10 teams for a few years. If they keep up over the next 2 or 3 years then they should go to the Pac-10.

maybe instead of them swapping places, Boise St could just join the pac-10. I also feel this same rule could apply to Notre Dame (though they would never agree to it because they don't want to share their money revenue with the other teams in their conference) in joining the Big Ten. If either of these ever happened, boise st joining Pac-10 or Notre Dame joining big-10, it would force a conference championchip game much like the big-12, acc, and Mac have.

I don't think Stanford will agree to that. Then again, they could go undefeated next season just like Boise did.
