Good question! No...i think he would be a very smart person to actually know that others are ignorant and still choose to ignore them when they act like they know everything...
Or he could be ignorant because he ignores his own ignorance...which means that he is ignorant but he doesn't even have the capability to recognize that he is ignorant...

No. It's good but hard to sometimes ignore ignorance. But sometimes by ignoring it only causes the ignorance to inflate, which can cause even more ignorance.
