I'm 7 and a half weeks pregnant and I'm on my second week of hard core morning sickness. Its not just the mornings, I feel sick all day long. I feel like I'm becoming depressed from it, I cant stand feeling this way any more. Anyone have any words of encouragement?

I had severe morning sickness (all day sickness) during the beginning of my pregnancy and went on until about the middle of my third month... i noticed it would be worse if i drank any type of juices... i also took my prenatal vitamins at night before bed and made sure i at least ate some crackers in the morning, and every couple of hours if i couldnt eat a meal.. it helped a LOT! I am now around 28 weeks pregnant and have not been sick since. i hope you feel better and good luck with your pregnancy..

as long as u are able to keep small amounts down and drink plenty i am sorry to say it won't get any better until ur about 10 - 12 weeks. However when i was real sick in pregnancy i was told it was a good sign as it meant my hormone levels were nice and high. congrats by the way.

Hang in there, it will eventually pass. I am 11 weeks pregnant, and mine is slowly getting better. Try eating saltine crackers and smaller meals. That helps me. Also, drink chamomile tea, it helps settle the stomach. Good Luck and Congrats.

I had the exact same symptoms during my pregnancies. Best thing a nurse told me (which was my grandmother) was to eat saltine crackers or suck on a peppermint. Normally they both worked. You could try that :) GL

It will get better, hopefully you will be like me, mine ended around 10 weeks. Good Luck, once you feel that baby moving you will cheer up.
