If you're talking about the Disney Cartoon Movie then the answer is Lea Salonga. She was the singing voice for Jasmine. The speaking voice was Linda Larkin. Lea Salonga is also the singing voice for Mulan, in the Disney Cartoon "Mulan"

Jessica and Nick sang a version of A whole new world on aladdin special edition thing. You can see the video on youtube. They are not the original voices of the people though.
