I am filling out a paper and it's asking What is the legal entity of this company? Can someone help me fill this out.

A quasi citizen, like a corporation.

There are physical persons that exist and you can see them and they have obligations and rights... corporations, enterprises, etc. when they're created they start to exist and have obligations and rights, given they're not physical but do exist, they're legal entities... hope it helps.
