I think your body is telling you that its had enough. Our body is made to naturally fight the things that are hurting us. You are making your body sick by smoking therefore it is telling you to stop. I started smoking at 13 on & off, when I was 18 I was smoking more than a pack a day. By the time I turned 19 my body was like "ok this is it either you quit or I won't let you breath". I was getting more and more asthma attacks and not being able to do simple activies to do smoker's lung. I think you know its time to quit NOW. I'm 23 & no longer have any of the problems that I had when I was smoking. Once you quit you will realize how much better you feel even if you didnt think you felt that bad before. Food will taste better, water will seem fresher & evrything (including your skin & your hair!) will smell better.
If you think you may be pregnant then you should quit for the safety of the both of you. I knew someone who smoked all through out her pregnancy and her child is having a really tough time with everyday things like breathing, holding food down, and the doctor's say she will always be smaller than other children as a result of her mother's actions.
Just follow your own instinct. You know your body is telling you to stop so now is the time.
Good Luck! ;-)

It could be either..Either way its a good thing, this way if u quit smoking now which is always have benefits then it would probably be easy on you. I know when i was pregnant a couple years back i didnt know i was pregnant yet and was smoking, i would feel very sick as well anytime i smelled or tasted the cigarette sometimes it would make me throw up,I took a test and it was positive, right after that i quit smoking all together and havent picked one up since. Either way if u arent or are pregnant then quit smoking for the health of yourself..u sound like u are ready. and take a test! Good luck!

There is a possibility that you've suffered a mild bout of food poisoning. There is also a somewhat less likely possibility that you've somehow acquired a disease or condition which (among its symptoms) causes decreased tolerance to nicotine. If you are worried you're pregnant, then take a test. If you are looking for an "excuse" to quit smoking, hell, a lot of smokers who want to quit would love it if a single cigarette would make them ill.

Take a pregnancy test. Even if you're NOT pregnant, the nausea is a great indicator that you should quit. Come on, now. There's enough media hype about what cigarettes do to you. None of it is good. Do yourself and your future family a favor and put them down.

I had that as a sign of pregnancy with my last one. It made me so sick to smoke. I would take a test if there is reason to think. Good luck

You could be pregnant, or getting sick. Maybe your body is telling you something. Your best bet is to just quit all together. Even if your not pregnant.
