sometimes i ask questions which are already asked for a better kind of answer.

Yes it does.
To many people don't read when they post a question that a similar one has been asked before.
They just don't care that it is very boring to see the same question over and over again.
I will give you one example:At the GLBT site:everyday at least 3 times:were you born gay?
Is that boring or what?

Depends on what I was gonna ask Like once I was going to ask do dogs get morning sickness cause my pregnant dog had been throwing up and someone had already asked so I wasnt gonna waist my 5points
