There are a lot of problems in society, and a lot of corruption within the power structure, making it seem unlikely that the problems will ever be addressed.

Is reform enough? Or do we need a revolution and a new system and new power structure?

If you look at history's past, things are better now than they were. We don't have kings, or corrupt priests with too much power. There will always be lots of problems in society, you are naive to think that a revolution could change everything. These problems will always come back, trust me. Even if you eliminated them, a future generation would bring them back. It's human nature.
