A good beaver will taste like heavenly seafood of course bad beaver will smell like rotted seafood long before you get close enough to taste it. While it is not usually served in restaurants there are many street vendors though I highly recommend not eating from those establishments as they tend to not serve the freshest beaver.

Your brother must be joking! No restaurants I know serve beaver, and if they did I would certainly NOT eat there.

Either your brother is teasing you because that word can mean something else, or if he's serious, there ARE restraurants which specialize in exotic meats.

well ive never actually heard of anyone eating beaver... and i dont think they sell it at resteraunts...you probably would have to catch it yourself... the weirdest food i have heard of served at resteraunts is alligator which sounds pretty gross also.
