it's something that pops out when I expand my muscles. My Dad used to get them on his wrist but never had them removed - they would go away with various methods, and wouldn't appear at all if he wore wristbands.

not sure what you mean by, "YOU GET" a ganglion. I have had one removed twice from the top of my wrist,...they are there or they're not, unless it is something that pops out when you expand your muscles...I would have it removed, and make sure it is not cancerous..they heal up very quickly...take care
