I am afraid the final verdict is still out on that one - although I hope we start acting as if it were a dire problem, that way we won't be caught with our pants down, in case it IS as bad as some claim it to be. In any event, I don't think anyone is arguing against the fact that the planet is in the midst of a global warming, but it is a much more sticker issue trying to prove that it is due to human activity as opposed to the normal planetary climatic cycles. On the other hand, what do we have to lose by taking better care of our Home Planet anyway - having to stomach the surplus of pure fresh air???

They are warmer now, in theory. The greater harm is loss of differentiation that evolved over time by man's creation of artificial enviroment, the wider the variety, the greater the chance of some of them surviving, so we need to restore as much natural diversity in all areas that we can along side the genetically improved flora and fauna. Climate studies have shown that when climates change they rarely do so gradually, it's wild swings before it settles down into a trend, that causes extinction of any species that can't adapt or migrate, this includes man.

Warming will advance the capacity for lifestyles on earth. it is beneficial to the two animals and vegetation. optimistically the present (fifteen 12 months) cooling vogue is coming to an end and we can get returned into the warming vogue that we've enjoyed by way of fact the tip of the Little Ice Age.

I dont think global warming is around yet. but it will warm the earth, cause icepacks in the poles to melt, making the water level higher therefore flooding the earth. and it will happen. :(
