I need to get my blonde regrowth (touchup) done and also some blonde highlights before my wedding.
I have been to emphasis in rockwell before but not happy with result.
I know there is a hairdressers in Shangri -la that I think does blonde hair but not sure of name?
help..i need it to be perfect for the wedding! =P

you'll never go wrong with salon de manila.. i used to go there when i was in the Philippines..

I can do your regrowth and your mechés (highlight as well) the problem is I'm very far from you. I owned a beauty salon here in Montreal, I work with different type of hair and I do have a reputation to give a great result, a written testamonial from satisfied clientele will prove that. I hope you find one that will make your hair "bonga".

The ladies in my family go to Rockwell's Basement Salon (I think they have one at a Shangri-La also -- just not sure which one) for major/delicate hair needs. I happened to go there once also and noticed that there were many light-haired ladies there as well.
