For the line passing through (1,2) and (A,0), with slope M, you have
(2-0) = M(1-A)

For the line passing through (A,0) and (5,3), with slope -M, you have
(0-3) = -M(A-5)

Call (1,2) point B and (5,3) point C

Since the ray reflects at A, you know that the slope b/w A and B is negative of the slope b/w A and C

since A is on the x axis, you can call the coordinates of A to be (x,0)

Now (0-2)/(x-1) = -(3-0)/(5-x)
so -2(5-x) = -3(x-1)
-10+2x = -3x+3
x = 13/5

so A = (13/5 , 0)

The slope of (1,2) to (A,0) is negative to the slope of (A,0) to (5,3). Therefore:

-(-2/(A - 1)) = 3/(5 - A)

2/(A - 1) = 3/(5 - A)

2(5 - A) = 3(A - 1) { Multiplied both sides by (5 - A)(A - 1) }

If A coordinate is (x,0), we have

2/(x-1)=3/(5-x)

10 - 2 x = 3 x - 3
13 = 5 x
x = 13/5, so A is the point (13/5,0).

find the point on the X axis (A) that has the same angle to 1,2 as it does to 5,3. That will be your answer

seen mild rays have wavelengths sufficiently small to "see" the glass no longer as a sheet yet as a chain of atoms and molecules with various empty area in between. Glass, like various substance has extra empty area than actual fabric interior it. till a variety of mild waves hits a particle in glass (which isn't likely), it passes by using it.
