one........it's a small breeze that enters through the cracks and crevices in a house
two......it's the military way of enlisting a soldier when the need is there, but the people are not.

the draft use to be about the military. before a man became 18 he had to go sign up for the military, then if we went to war, the government had the option to call you for duty. They did away with the draft and now it's voluntary.

A draft is like a "first try" (or second, or third....etc) -its a rough Idea of what your final product will be.
