Since, at least one dice is a six that means you'll need a 4, 5, 6
which is 3 of the 6 possiblities for that die.
3/6 reduces to 1/2.
There is af fifty percent probability of a score of 10+ given that one of the two dice is a six.

the short answer is 1/2.

the long answer
P(blue = 4 or 5 or 6 | red = 6 )
= P ( blue = 4/5/6 and red =6 ) / P (red = 6)
= (3/6 x 1/6) / 1/6
= 3/6 = 1/2
