Some babies have a low tolerance for certain things, Try changing his formula. It may help with the night time feedings. When my daughter was little, I put baby oatmeal in the last bottle of the night. It helped her sleep, because she wasn't as hungry throughout the night. Call your doctor's office, they will be able to tell you how soon you can do that, and how much. IT REALLY HELPED!! But try a new formula, here is some to look at.
I HOPE THIS HELPS!

Babies get dehydrated very easily, so this could quickly become an emergency situation. This is no time to be on the internet asking strangers - get him to the doctor. In fact, I am concerned that you didn't pick a phone up and call his pediatrician instead of asking here - do you not have one or do you have one you don't trust? The first two years that relationship is very important (can be life or death important, and an astute one can recognize developmental problems while they are easily solved). The poster who said food at this age can affect brain growth (ie: intelligence and motor skills) was correct, so that's another reason not to let this go on any longer. Every meal counts in a 4 month old.

He's just a baby. His stomach is tiny and because it is, he needs small meals more frequently. He will sleep through the night when he is ready to do so.

Didn't you understand that taking care of a baby is not a piece of cake before you got pregnant?

Try increasing nipple size. He might be having a hard time getting it out.
