Tanning creams are the safest.There are some very good one out there too! That's what most actresses and actors use,it doesn't damage nor age the skin.

The best way to get a tan and be absolutely safe is to go to a tanning salon that does airbrush tanning using self tanner or by using the quick spray on tan called Mystic Tan. Tanning beds run as many risks as the sun do with cancer. Its all in how much you use it. Personally I just dont worry about whether im tan or not. If the one reason someone wont hang out with me is because im not tan oh well

the sun will give you cancer sitting out in it to long...the tanning machine is a safer way to go however the tan u come out with usually looks unnatural..i wold try to use JErgens Natural MOusterizer to get the natural looking tan...i have used it and i get compliments all the time on how tan i look

best to use tanning lotion. I heard that there are new pill that if you take it everyday that it will make you go tan. I never try it but you can do it for experiment. I saw it at walgreen, you can check it out.

Tanning bed is actually safer than spray or sun. sun can cause damages very bad too. and spray is really bad for skin too.

i used to go tanning bed, and it jsut works really well for me.
