i just made one cause everyone tells me they can be tanks, healers, main dps source, and the main reason i made is cause they have mail at 40 and cause they do like the best damage in the game. you guys think thats true? (elemental shaman)

My wife has a level 60 troll shaman. Quite a good character...she is able to fill in for all areas pretty well. She won't heal as good as a priest speced for healing. She won't tank as well as a warrior speced protection. She won't damage as well as a mage or rogue. But they can do all things well.

Shamans are versatile and do quite well in PVP, a lot of other classes up and run when they see a shaman coming. I'm not sure how they fare in end-game content though.
