I don't think you will find many websites, books or people that will seriously support that theory. At least, speaking scientifically. It's all nonsense, and its seems like a 'skin-judgement' issue of racism. Really, what you should keep in mind is that EVERY 'race' on this Earth was put there for a reason, and designed by GENES to be able to adapt to different situations. People who live in hot places tend to have darker skin because its safer for their survival and acts as a way to protect skin from getting cancer. Lighter skined people have skin that is light/fair because the environment is different there. That's all coded into your genes whether you like it or not. It doesn't matter if you want to believe in evolution or creation - no one on this Earth was created by the Genetic Engineering of aliens.

Read the Scriptures carefully. Jesus admits to being an alien. "I am not of this world." Very straight forward. Then he says something unusual," and neither are you if you believe in me." That means that even though I was born on planet earth; it is not my "home" planet." Reading the Bible, you will find many references to UFOs. Elijah is taken up in a flaming chariot. Ezekiel sees a UFO that is so large it blocks out the whole sky; sees mini, one person crafts that dart about with tremendous speed; is taken hundreds of miles in mere seconds and describes the effects of G force acceleration on his body. The star of Bethlehem was a bright light moving slowly at low altitude (guided the wise men and stood over the manger). Just because God is an extraterrestrial, does not mean he is diminished in power or glory. He is still the God of creation and the best friend you could ever hope for. Oh! Genetically engineered by God; no ape in me.

I believe you are wasting your time. Even if you can find strong or overwhelming evidence to support your claim, no one will believe you simply because they will choose not to. People like the security of the known, and nothing much will change their opinions.
If you go to the scientists, even if there is one willing to listen, you are unlikely to convince them. If you can, they will not publish for fear of ridicule. Should you be correct, you will have the extra burden of truth with you and may in time despair that no one believes you.
Of course, all the above assumes that aliens exist. If they don't...

That may have some truth but I think the dark people and bright white where engineer by water striders, army ants, tarantula spiders, frogs toads salamanders who got a hold of some fecal or flesh and clone a replica of human from it to stalk humans.

ALL Humans are the result of a union between primal man/ape and a race of beings that were exiled here long ago (the Adamic race).
The human bible mentions this visit in story form (story of Adam & Eve). The differences in races are due to various things like climate and other factors.
Also please note that some humans have regressed to mentally suppressed forms and some even choose to stay at a current state of spiritual and mental stagnation. The urge to hunt, kill, fight, hate, etc., are all forms of spiritual and mental regression. Higher beings KNOW that we are all one.
In Love and Light
PS: For those that actually believe me, get a freakin' grip on reality. lol

Now that's just silly. If aliens engineered one group of people, they engineered the others. You been reading science fiction?

Since I think that "aliens" could be humans from the future who have mastered time travel your friend may have a point there.

WHAT!?!?!? that answer by "godbirth" was the stupidest answer ive ever heard!! what kind of an idiot would believe that crap? if what he says is the truth, then why dont the majority of people accept it? you'd think that at least a good percentage of people would realize it if it were true. this guy is obviously insecure and socially unacceptable, so he has to invent his own ludicrous belief to conform to him instead of changing to become normal. this guy is sick and should seek medical attention before someone is affected by his nonsense.
