Hello. The broadband internet connection I have keeps disconnecting whenever my Mac which is running OS X goes online. But when I use my laptop running windows xp, nothing happens. Is there something wrong with my mac? and how can i check what is wong? Thanks.

You may want to call your ISP and see if they support MAC OS X and if they have encountered the problem.... Please note that some ISP do not support MAC OS and this could cause you problems....

Sorry to say but MAC OS really SUXXXXX.... and MAC users are hardly 5% in the computer user market. Playing monopoly in technology will never be a success which MAC people are doing since years and a technology that doesn't reach a common man is not Technology at all.
Switch to Intel & Microsoft's world and live with easy techie life & quick access to support.

Had the same message with sky (wireless) and it turned out to be the providers. Give them a call as they may tell you theres a problem in your area.

what you might want to do(im assuming it's wireless) is you have to put the laptop on the wireless domain using your computer, or you can use the hardline and plug it into the laptop.

call the people who fix internet or its better to us other internet connection.
