First thing to do is make sure your sleep is totally restful, this means being totally relaxed before bed, once you have a full sleep it is eaiser to get into a routine, by setting an alarm which you wake up to, go to bed at a reasonable time, after relaxing say in a warm bath, and having a hot millky drink, like hot chocolate, set your alarm, do this on a regular basis and eventually you will find your body will adjust to this easily.

Habits are formed from repetition. Get up early all the time whether you want to or not until it becomes a habit.
