No they don't, but:

A diffuse tissue called a fat body is found in the abdominal haemocoel of some insects. This is believed to help in energy storage and metabolic processes and acts like a liver for the insects.

They have no bodily organs at all such as livers, lungs, kidneys etc they arn't large enough.

yes....and if they drink too much alcohol it will fail and they will need organ transplant. you can find fly liver in your local grocery store in the frozen foods aisle.
