NO! I'm not a guy, but even I can tell you that one. You need to go get checked for std's at your local health department, or go see a urologist to rule out any other problems.
On the other hand, if you had a really wild night, you may have just rubbed a raw spot on yourself.

bandmom has a good point..is it an internal pain or external ? Is there chafing? If it is internal, get to the doctor! If it is external, put some ointment on it (ask your pharmacist). Just to be safe, you should go to the doctor - why take a chance.

No it shouldnt unless it was either too rough or the girl was a virgin and was really tight. No one argue with me because when my ex and me lost our virginities his penis was sore the first few times and it was because of the tightness of the vagina. If it continues to happen get checked out you could've caught something or injured yourself.
