how do i register when the person i bought the game from already has an account on that site?
i can't contact them to ask them to cancel their account either so what should i do??

if they still have an account I think there is no way to cancel it. you must ask for their account. I mean, there's no point in having one if you dont have sims two. once you have an account you can get clothes from arepostle and other cool brands

You will have to pay EA for a registration. I think it's twenty dollars per game. But I would give bad feed back on eBay or make the Seller fix it. Send (Email) a copy of your receipt to EA games
