I love your thought process! It made me smile when I read it. The problem is that of course it will never happen. Two wrongs never make a right.

They can however make it very difficult for him to break the record. Hopefully Barry "Steroid" only has this season left and if the can pitch around him but not make it too obvious it would be a blessing to baseball. We don't need this cheater breaking an honorable man's record. Henry Aaron deserves to remain the all time home run champion.

May be to Giants fans especially in a situation that would allow them to win the game. If it were me I would keep him out of the hall of fame ad not recognize the record he broke. But I am a disgruntled fan from Cincinnati who thinks Pete Rose should be placed in the Hall of Fame when you allow cheating to continue throughout baseball. Or maybe a wing in the Hal of Fame called the Hall of Shame. Steve Howe, Strawberry, Canseco, McQirwe Gooden just to name a very few of the many who have tarnished the reputation of baseball. PLAY BALL!

I suppose it might be a form of justice, but it just wouldn't happen... as much as I would hate to see Bonds break the record.

No, because he'd still be helping his team by getting on base every time.

Justice would be having enough pitchers throw directly at him early in the season that he doesn't last past the first week.

I've got a better idea. Instead of not pitching to him, they all should bean his steroid using @ss! I bet after a few beans he would hang em up, freaking cheater!

I wish they would do that. I hate the idea that a cheater is going to break the most prestigious record in all of sport.

Instead of deciding not to pitch to him, I wish they would all decide to hit him.
