It's OK that you put it in Careers and Employment! It's about zero here in SE Wisconsin so I'm freezing too, and unemployed!

If there's a sunny area in the building where you are, sit there for a while. Have a hot cup of tea. Go sit in a sauna or whirlpool. Wrap up in a blanket. Go for a run with your dog if you have one. Eat some hot soup. Put on some more clothes. Take a hot shower or bath. Cuddle up with your sweetie. Run around the house with the vacuum cleaner. (Some of these are not practical at work!)

OK, I'm out of ideas. Hope some of those help!

Put more clothes on, turn up the heat, put on a blanket, take a hot shower/bath, snuggle with someone, eat hot soup, cook something (standing over a hot stove makes me warm). There a a ton more things as well.

Do some exercise of some description, even wrap up and go for a walk, I know it sounds mad in that cold, but any sort of movement generates body heat. I'm going to try some myself in a minute, I'm cold and I'm only in Manchester in England!!
