No they are not up to the mark....but then you get what you deserve....after all more than 50% of electorate do not participate in the voting and they are the most vocal when criticising leaders.
And yes you do need leaders...good or bad....
If you think they are bad why don't good people come forward ...at least go to vote instead of sitting at home and criticising.

all political party of India is good but their leader are not good they are corrupt and selfish and in this matter all Indian to be blame because they are voting them.
