You need to limit the time you spend on line.
If you have bills to pay pay them before you get on line.
Good Luck

You have made a great step in admitting you have a problem.
I suggest that you make a list of items that need to be done for one day. No more than 5 items to start. Estimate the time needed for each one. Get started on the first one on the list. Mark it off when you are finished and go to the next. Read the article below. I think it is important to have both short-time goals like the daily ones and then long-term goals such as a career and educational goals.
Do not give up if you do not complete all the tasks. Remember, this is a daily job that perhaps you plan the night before. The next morning get up and get started.

Self control is a hard thing to learn. Most people learn to control themselves as a child from their parent, but many people get into a rut. You have identified this problem in your life and that is an excellent start. Most people who do this type of thing do not recognize it and continue in their self defeating behavior. I would suggest writing a list of things that need to be done and try to complete them. Start with one thing a day than increase it gradually. You may want to limit yourself to so much time on the computer and TV. Try to remember that the time you waste in life will never be gained again. Someone once told me, any person can lead people who are subject to him, but a great and true leader is able to put himself under subjection. It is a simple lack of self control; you need to dig deep and control every step that leads to your negative behavior. For example, before you go online you must walk to the room with the computer, turn on the computer, wait for it to boot up and type on the computer. If you are able to cut one of those steps out, like don't put the computer on, you have cut the behavior off. List exactly what your going to do tomorrow and do it. Good luck.

Turn off the tube and get off your ***. It always feel good to relax, but you gotta do what you gotta do. As for your spending habits, you need to sit down and make a budget for yourself. Start with how much you need for your monthly expenses (bills, rent, etc.), how much you need for your cost of living (food, gas, etc.) figure out how much you'd like save, and put some money aside, then if you absolutely have the need to go out and buy something, give yourself a small shopping budget per check (say $20-$40).

Stick this somewhere were u can see it... in front of the computer.

Ok, this may be rude, and I'm sorry about that.

You just dig down and get it done. From what I can see above, you REALLY need to get your homework done, your vocabulary and spelling are horrid, and you could really use the extra work.
