I think you are referring to "Metathesiophobia" which is fear of change.

Dislike of change is not necessary a disorder. However, a pathological dislike of change is found in a number of psychological disorders such as: Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), Asperger's Syndrome, Autism, etc. It is important to understand the specific and different reasons for the dislike of change. Also, these are diagnoses made by qualified medical professionals and should not be used as labels.

You may be looking for something more specific, but all neurotics hate change. Remember it like this: A Psychotic thinks that 2+2=5. A Neurotic KNOWS that 2+2=4 BUT HE'S NOT ONE BIT HAPPY ABOUT IT!!! Good Luck!! @8-)
