I belong to a writers group that is non-genre specific. Out of our 400 plus members (nationwide) I do know of several that write erotic and sell to Penthouse and Hussler among others (they pay great).
This group, Pennwriters, Inc is mainly based in Pennsylvania (350 members in the state) but we also have eloops were you can go to ask questions and perhaps get a private line to one of more of these writers... we also have critique groups of various types. BUT you do have to be a member to participate.
Dues are $35 a year with an additional $10 initial fee.

I have seen questions that can be very crude already asked in several areas in yahoo! There are many who don't consider erotica to be vulgar but a part of human life. You may ask here or you may locate any erotic author's forum on the internet to discuss to your heart's content.

Hell honey, you should try the chat rooms, LOL. There are rooms that you can go into, that don't have a bunch of pervs in it. I'm sure that yahoo has writing rooms. If not, sorry. If they do, your welcome.

I think you can probably do it here - as long as you don't go into lurid details and keep the language proper. (I mean in a way, you just did, right?)
