why can a student in fl. make strait a's all year then take too muchtime on the fcat test and they fail(why does the fcat make up such a huge percentage of their grade it doesnt seem right

The fcat is a state assessment program. It shouldn't count towards your grade in school, it is just a program to make sure that students are where they should be by age group educationally wise.

I am not exactly sure what the FCAT test is, but I am guessing its like a graduation test in other states, and they want to make sure you actually remember things instead of just knowing it for a short enough time to get the A on the assignment then forget all about it.

Im in 8th grade and that i stay in florida! I actual have FCAT tommorrow (tuesday), day after right this moment (wednesday), and next monday.All of my instructors have been education us in basic terms matters with regard to the attempt like its are entire existence. The attempt is like important for the education you %. for the subsequent year. The FCAT is truthfully a waste of time and it might acceptable be BANDED!!!
