Firstly, stop worrying. Sensible diet, hydration, good sun care routine and same with skin care. The natural way is pretty much the best way, if it's financially viable invest in some good quality 100% pure essential oils, an aromatherapy guide with common problems and recipes for them. I have been following this for six years (on and off admittedly) but I have no seriously noticeable lines except for a smile line but I have to look for it. Research it on line first to see if it's something you would like to try.
Forgot, there's no point telling you this if you don't know my age which is 44.

Stop being afraid, it happens to everyone. If you go tanning or have gone tanning in the past a lot or even a little, you are more likely to get wrinkles sooner.
There are a lot of products out there in the cosmetic department that help with wrinkles. There are lotions and fillers that either make wrinkles fade or prevent them from coming.
Another thing would be botox, which I don't reccomened.
You are not old and should not be afraid of getting wrinkles soon. Your at an age where you should not really care much about your looks, but rather your career and life.

Several things you can do:
Limit suntanning
Use a moisturizer
Don't smoke
Wear sunglasses on a sunny day so you don't squint
Drink lots of fluids
Smile and purposely change your expressions throughout the day.
Do some facial exercises - like saying vowels "A, E, I, O, U" exaggerated.
Do head stretches - helps prevents jowls: turn your head side to side looking as far as you can to ceiling behind you. Also rotate your head back and forth, up and down slowly to keep your neck looking young.
I try to do the above and many tell me I look my younger than I do (I'll be 50 this year).
Have fun, don't worry - that can cause wrinkles too!

With proper care, wrinkles will not prematurely form in due time. Some key elements are the constantly told fables: less sun, more water, moisturize daily, wear sunglasses to prevent squinting.
Drinking too much may cause an issue of lack of hydration. When you imbibe, drink some more water after the fact to prevent more wrinkles.

1.) Keep yourself hydrated (drink lots of water daily)
2.) Use a good sun-block (because the UV rays damage your skin and cause wrinkles)
3.) Cleanse and tone your face with quality products daily (I recommend Clinique)
4.) Get your rest - your teens and 20's are a time for ripping up the town; partying, drinking, smoking and behaving like an animal (for most people). When you hit 30 the best thing you can do for your body, and skin is get your rest.
5.) If you smoke - stop! Smoking prevents oxygen getting to your cells, and this will damage your skin very quickly.
6.) If you drink - tone it down to very small amounts. Alcohol dehydrates your body.
7.) Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables - tone down on dairy and meat if you eat alot of it.
All the best!!

They are God's Wisdom Lines [Whether Christian, Greek, or Roman] and have been laid in with experience and care. Treat them with a bit of care and pay "No Never Mind." Look briefly on Diane Keaton and Lauren Hutton. And, let your concern pass. There are too many other things in life to accept, relish, and embellish. Doesn't Hutton have a skin-care line and or advice?

another is mixing products! mix dewrinklers and sunblock and preferably bronzer's, along w. lotions and w.e else u use on tht area. do this by adding preffered amount of each in the palm of your hand mixting them into 1 do this and apply for best results directly after bathing while ur skin is a little damp giving it time to dry befor dressing

Buy yourself a sexy bikini. No man in his right mind will look at your wrinkles when you wear that.
