Actually, I thought she was pretty sharp. Why does everyone feel they ahve to pick on her? Everyone else acted pretty darned bored as well. Comes with the territory of what they are doing. I do think she may have been not quite as nicey nice and that is a good thing. Jewel was pretty uncomfortable at first, I thought.

She was acting strangly--all those body contortions and face making. I don't think she was drunk--much too weird for that. Does she have a physical or mental problem that she might be heavily medicated for? Or maybe not medicated enough.

Yeah........... seems like she changes from year to year. Simon I thought was almost kind, but Randy was a little grouchy. We'll have to see what happens tonight. Isn't it hard to believe that they only picked 17 out of 10,000 people?

well I would have been bored too, the contestants were a joke. They have to sit there and go through the auditions seems like it would be boring.

I don't think she acted like her usually spunky, fun self either. Maybe she was offended by Jewel getting most of the attention, maybe she was sick? I don't know....... Something was up! Maybe boredom, from all of the BAD singing.......!
