You can find the Command keys just next to the spacebar. They are marked with an 'Apple' and a Clover symbol. On the Macbook Pro, the option key is next to the left Command key and is marked with 'option' and 'alt'.

Do you mean which keys are they? Because if so then the command key is the one with the apple on it, and the option key is the alt key. They are keys that you use for short cuts. For examplle, in alot of programmes you press the command (apple key!) key and the N key to open a new document.
