Most people who care enough about their existance already know the answer. Yes, and those who protest about are labelled nutcases to even try to speak about it. If you are rich and powerful you have something to take to the next terraformed planet to start the human race again. That's why there is a race to put the space shuttle in space as many times as possible to finish the space station.
