The creature was alive and managed to escape the authorities. He has disguised himself as human. He has recently announced his intentions to run for president. Obama must be defeated, the security of our world depends upon it.

That "rumor" sells books - lots of books - to the credulous cretins that spend millions on such nonsense. The origin of the flying saucer myth is the United States Air Force, which deliberately fostered the myth as a cover up for some very real high-altitude experiments aimed at gathering military intelligence during the Cold War. Trouble is, nobody bothered to consider the Law of Unintended Consequences, and now the UFO myth has taken on a life of its own, and the Air Force will never be able to suppress the foolishness nor live down its own role in getting the foolishness started in the first place.
No, there was no alien creature discovered in the wreckage of a crashed UFO near Roswell, New Mexico - but entrepreneurs in Roswell sure make a buck touting the lie!

Well, I think you have to ask the question from the American Intelligence System, however, I know some thing that might help you. every technology that you see after Second World War is for 20 years before that time. In other word, If you see the last technology of a aircraft that's for 1987 technology.( It's just a theory!!!)
At last I want to tell you, you going to be answered in the next few years.

UFO stands for "Unidentified Flying Object", although they are also very unfamiliar to us humans!

There is no direct evidence for your allegation, but many people who have worked in the US government/military claim that the stories are in fact true. It boils down to who you choose to believe. Agencies like the CIA have told bald-faced lies before about their involvement in the UFO phenomenon, a fact that has been demonstrated by Freedom Of Information requests.

However, no-one has managed to uncover genuine documents that support the notion that the US government has possession of alien bodies. If it is true, it is kept under the highest possible top secret classification and very few people will know the truth.

No, it's not true.
Have you *seen* our government? They can't even balance their checkbook -- you expect them to propogate a vast conspiracy involving thousands of people, secret alien technology, and alien beings...and keep it all secret for years and years?
I think you vastly overestimate the competency of the American government...:)

No, it's not true.

This question really doesn't have a right or wrong answer. Some suggest that the U.S. does have secret intelligence on UFOs, but then again, that's why it is secret!

It's all a fantasy that the paranoid conspiracy people have kept alive.
