I prefer Amber over Tabitha, but I like the name Simone better with Tabitha. Your choice.

Tabitha Simone is better because it's more creative and different. Tabitha in the New Testament was a woman who restored life to St. Peter, and Simone is a beautiful French name derived from Simon which means "hearkening" or "listening." I think Tabitha Simone is a beautiful name.

I like both first names, but not too fond of Simone. If I had to pick one, I'd say Amber because it goes better with Simone.
