Are you in the UK? If so, most employers will pay your salary for the day that you go to college and will pay your tuition fees and associated costs as well.

BUT it's not that simple. You usually have to have been working for the employer for either a year or eighteen months before you get this benefit (unless you're a recent graduate and are studying for professional qualifications, e.g. you're becoming an accountant). There are also usually loads of forms to fill out where you have to explain how your education will benefit the company etc, and then your case will be assessed by the Directors.

It has happened. I have a friend who got his doctorate that way. But the training (school) has to be appropriate and needed by the job you have. Generally this doesn't happen.
1) You have to be on salary.
2) The schooling has to be directed entirely to a need the company has.
3) You have to convince them that the training is for the job and that you aren't getting schooling to get a "better" job.

Programs exist at some companies for "master's" degrees for the brilliant golden boys (or girls) that come into a company. This "year off with pay" also requires excellent grades and sometimes a contract to return to the company for a time after graduation.

That is not enough time for you to be working for a company to offer you that benefit. Sorry.
