Your problem is very common. Take your antibiotics like the doctor says. I had a staph infection in a tonsil once, so I know how you feel!!! There's no way to completely escape bacteria like staph. Just keep everything clean as possible.

Keep your skin very clean and dry. Staph is a bug that lives everywhere, even on healthy skin. It doesn't cause a problem until it grows out of control, due to poor hygiene, a supressed immune system or it gets into a wound such as a boil, or even a small scratch. Once you have it, you can spread it easily to other parts of your body unless you take great care not to contaminate yourself. Wash your hands if you touch it, before you touch any other part of your body, take ALL of your antibiotics, and you might want to eat plenty of protein, and take vitamin C, these are great for wound healing.
