I need to find the speed or width of these pc components! PS2 port,rj45,IDE.USB,please help!?

PS2 - no speed, its your mouse port
rj45 - ethernet physical connector, so also no speed...but ethernet can be 10Mb, 100Mb, or 1Gb per second.
IDE- (Intelligent Drive Electronics) is how very old hard drives connect to the motherboard at 8.3Mbps. IDE was replaced a long time ago with EIDE and now SATA which are much faster.
USB - (Universal Serial Bus) version 1 is 12Mbps and version 2 is 480Mbps.
