Yes, if you have romantic or sexual relations with someone outside of a relationship where this has not already been agreed upon, it is cheating, regardless of whether it's a man or a woman this is donw with.
However, you can DEFINITELY be married but also attracted to the same sex. Just because you are attracted to someone doesn't mean that you will automatically cheat, just that you have the capacity to be with that person(s). It doesn't mean you aren't attracted to your spouse, just that you have an additional attraction. Whether you choose to act on it or not is up to you. There are lots of monogamous, married bisexuals.
Now, there are couples, gay, straight, and, yes, bisexual, too, who pre-agree to practice polyamory, which is having other lovers. If they've decided beforehand, it isn't cheating, and is quite fine (although a bit of a dangerous practice).
Hope that helps.

If you are married and you mess around with anyone you are cheating. At least in my book.
I do not buy this crap about how it was only oral sex and so that's not really cheating? And it doesn't matter whether its opposite sex or same sex...you made a commitment to you marriage...to have any type of sex with either sex would be dishonoring your own vows.
Now that being said we all know that not every marriage works. A person may go into a marriage fully believing he has found the real thing only to find out somewhere down the road that that it just isn't working. Don't use this as an excuse to have sex with someone else. Address the issue you are feeling with your spouse and if they cant be fixed then end it and move on. Preferably in that order.

Look "ME". If a person is married and were messing with other of the same sex, it is cheating.
If the spouse agrees for the bisexual spouse to enjoy sex with a person of the same sex, then that's not cheating.

Just b/c you marry someone doesn't mean you stop being attracted to the same sex if you're bisexual. But yes if you're with someone else and your partner doesn't know it, it's cheating.

The institution of marraige as we know it does require monogomy between the 2 involved parties. This does not preclude the attraction to an outside party, regardless of their gender, but I would consiuder it cheating if those attractions were acted upon.

As far as I'm concerned, if you are with a partner and go shag someone else, regardless if they are of the same sex or the opposite sex, IT IS CHEATING! None of this "Oh but their the same sex as me, it's different" NO IT BLOODY ISN'T!

It's cheating, unless you have permission from your mate to do this. Communication is the key.
