Uh...you should see a shrink. If I look at your condition from Freud's point of view, I think the reason for those dreams is because you hate yourself and that you think that the people around you hate you. Well, that's just me. Bottomline, seek the help of a psychiatrist.

wow. i can only imagine how tough that is. it's hard for anyone to go through that kind of a break up, but you're already dealing with depression! i really feel for you probably the best thing you could do right now is to give him some time. let him think things out and calm down a little bit. in the meantime, take some time for yourself. do the things that make you happy. take up a hobby. then talk to him again. show him how much you really care about him. you were together for 4 years! that has to mean something! he's just upset over a misunderstanding. i hope that helped. =] good luck!

Your dreams are not produced by some disease,be it mental or physical. You should not worry about that. Also, you need not care too much about Freudian interpretations, because they are not scientific.
Nobody knows for sure why do we dream.Dreams appear in a stage of sleep called REM because of rapid eye movements that can be observed.During dreams, the parts of the brain associated with emotional life are the most active. If you have time for this, there is an article in the Evolutionary Psychology magazine that you might want to read:www.epjournal.net.The article is called:Costly Signaling Theory of REM Sleep and Dreams

You need to see a mental health professional as soon as possible, one that can help you within the realm of your financial situation. There are professionals at every level of financial concerns. Go to the biggest city to start searching for them. Then work on it and switch counselors if one isn't helping you. Don't be afraid of group therapy too though. I know everyone around me on this page will sugarcoat your dreams and pat you on the back, but I am afraid for you and not ashamed to admit it in order for you to be warned. I think you need professional help before this escalates. Good Luck!! I'm going to do something for you right now. Excuse me while I go do just that. You see, it doesn't matter if you believe in God because I do and that's enough!! God bless you Honey. You can get better and you can catch it early. Wish I could be there with you.@8=]

There is actually nothing wrong with you. Your subconscious is exploring things that you have perhaps read about, seen in films or heard about. Dreams, contrary to popular believe, are not predictors of the future or expressions necessarily of any particular reality. Dreams are like little movies in your mind. They are your mind exploring, rather uninhibited, the weird, the strange, the forbidden. Your mind is actually entertaining itself. Dwelling on your dreams will make them more vivid. Concentrate on happy thoughts and they will eventually disappear.

nightmares can relate to a low sense of self-esteem generally, with the dreamer feeling they do not measure up to other people, perhaps in terms of looks or achievement. While a period of feeling low will often pass for most people, for those afflicted with depression or an anxiety disorder, these anxiety dreams may be more frequent and become a problem.

There is nothing wrong with you. When I was your age I used to have reoccuring dreams about turning into a vampire and killing everybody I know, but it's been years since I even dreamed about a vampire.
