1. Actually, "white trash" is two words.
2. If you look at it logically, the phrase compliments the majority of white people by saying they're better than the trash in question. You note that white folks are the only ones with a "trash" category, which implies that it's unexpected.
All race-based insults are stupid, but this one is stupid and logically inconsistent.

The full phrase is 'poor white trash', or 'trailer park trash', emanating as it does from America's Deep South where all black men are called 'boy'. It implies that not only are the PWT stupid and ignorant with no wish to improve themselves, they're arrogant without reason, as they think they can look down on blacks while being in the gutter themselves.

Shilpa also mimicked Jades accent and laughed in her face taking off the way she spoke.
The girls (jo the wag and jade) have been guilty of the same insensitive mocking and when they gang up together it is far crueler than a 1 on 1 verbal.
However in this day and age racism only seems to be aknowledged when it is coming from a white skinned person.
I am mixed race and have experienced both sides of the racial spectrum.
I have experienced black un acceptance because i was "too" light skinned, but also been un accepted by white people for being "black"
It is their ignorance..not mine. And i can't change the whole world-or condem them-so i ignore and remember WHO matters in my life and it doesn't effect me.
Someone needs to make all the housemates aware of the way they are carrying on, as this issue is getting out of control and potentially very dangerous, especially when some house mates are getting death threats..ok their behaviour is un acceptable...but death threats are rediculous! Ignorance sems to be their main problem.
It's a touchy subject..........

because the white people who arent trash dont get upset over those who are no credit to our race. I wouldnt lift a finger to help some white trash meth fiend pervert who claims that the police profiled him and arrested him. Good riddance, its a way of cleaning our racial house. I dont know why some people get so excited that they are locking up crackhead thugs for as long as possible.

no matter what i think or any one else, the fact of the matter is if i had said black trash to someone i would have been branded a racist because there was no need for me to put the COLOUR of the person in front of that statement, i think a lot of the time it is one sided and if one end of the scale is been investigated then so should the other its only fair.

Because we have lossed our sense of pride.Maybe one day we white people will adopt the notion of pride again and realize that it is NOT wrong,nor racist to feel white pride and to speak out against double standards,reverse racism etc.As it stands now we lie down take it..well not me personally,I've been known to knock me a n/gg3rs teeth out of his mouth if they pull that "kill whitey" **** in my presence.
p.s. I do want to clarify that many black people are good decent human beings(not N****rs) and I have respect for them,but those who are consumed with race,we should denounce them on the spot,unfortunately we do not because as I have mentioned,there is no sense of white pride and more over; our youth have been conditioned to view the term "white pride" as being negative,racists,and unacceptable.We could talk forever about this,but I hope I have answered your Q?
