If its really a concrete roof, then all you need to do is to open the crack up a bit enough so that whatever you plan to put in the crack can flow into it - typically you open up the crack to a V. Then wirebrush to a point where there is no loose material, clean it with a vacuum and apply the stuff. Not sure what epoxy is the best solution since it may expand and contract differently than the concrete. Perhaps a better solution would be something with more elasticity and there is a multitude of products out there but one that works well and has many options is a brand called Aquatapoxy. Good luck.

If your talking about a concrete tile roof:
1. Check with your local roofing supply co. for your make/style of tile. Concrete tiles are inexpensive and repair would look better and last longer if you replaced them instead.
If there isany damage such as torn underlayment(i.e. paper/felt) or damaged roof sheathing it then it would also be better to remove and reinstall tiles as apposed to gluing. The following link has more on replacing tiles.

or if epoxying:
1.Wear eye protection and gloves.Make sure pieces to be repaired are clean and dry. Use a wire brush to clean the surfaces to be bonded and compressed air to blow away loose dirt. Apply epoxy and fit pieces together.

2. Be careful on roof. If you have to walk on tile step on the lower edges NOT in the middle of the tiles.Depending on slope of roof you can lay planks or plywood strips across areas that you have to walk on. Don't use planks on steeper roofs.

Good Luck

Make the crack bigger that the injection of the epoxy will be enough and will fitted into it. Just making sure that both side in all its crack will be applied. Don't forget to dry them up.

just clean...

I use acid...muriatic acid normally for masonry work and esp cleaning brick and concrete. (use stiff brush-wire or bristle)

if you don't have a little bit use clorox...just full strength..stiff wire brush..or good bristle.

and then 10-15 min hose it off let dry....
